My husband had read that you should take a mini vacation from a diet once in awhile to break a plateau. Granted I gained a half pound on vacation that will be easily dropped before weigh in day I’m sure. Most of all I enjoyed myself and de-stressed. All refreshed I can resume the diet with ease.
With a bit of inspiration! On our last morning the bed and breakfast we stayed in served what I can best describe as a breakfast coleslaw. It seemed to contain apple and yogurt. I’m pretty sure I can whip together something similar and low calorie. It was tasty but I know it can be even better. Looking forward to trying and posting a success!
